Right To Manage Companies
What are RTM companies?
RTM companies were introduced under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. This means that leaseholders can transfer the landlord's management functions relating to, for example, repairs and maintenance, to a Right to Manage Company.
The company must be limited by guarantee and its articles must comply with regulations relating to those documents.
