Our most popular packages are the silver, at £70+vat ,and bronze, £60+ vat, packages . The special package at £50 + vat, is suitable for the smaller type of company where there might be just one person involved.

Statutory Register
We offer a comprehensive range of statutory registers suitable for various types of companies, such as limited company or guarantee company. A limited company register for example will contain sections covering applications and allotments, transfers, mortgages and charges, debenture holders, members and shares held, directors, directors private details (to be removed prior to any inspection of the register ), secretaries, minutes and share certificates. Share Certificates
We are able to offer additional share certificates in multiples of 10 certificates.
The cost of supplying 10 blank share certificates is £10 + VAT Buy
Company Seal
We can supply a plier type company seal which will emboss the company name on a document.
Although no longer legally required many companies continue to use a company seal as a way of signing legal documents.
The cost of supplying a plier type company seal is £20 + VAT.

Replacement Certificate of Incorporation
We can supply a replacement Certificate of Incorporation on approved 160gsm Ivory paper to conform to Companies House requirements. It may take up to 14 days to provide a replacement certificate.

Additional Copies of Articles
If Brighton Company Formations incorporated your company we will be able to provide you with additional bound copies of your articles if the company was formed after 1st October 2009 and with additional bound copies of the memorandum and articles of association if the company was incorporated on or before 30th September 2009.

Resolutions
A resolution is an agreement or decision made by the members, a class of members, or the directors of a company to carry out certain changes. This could include resolving to change the name of the company, to alter its share capital or to change its articles. The cost of a resolution is £50 + VAT but does not include any Companies House fees or other legal fees. Buy
Change of Name
A change of name occurs when a company registers a name which is different to its previous registered name. For example, a company changing its name from J Smith Limited to John Smith Limited. The cost for preparing the resolution, which includes the Companies House fee adopting articles compliant with the Companies Act 2006 and providing a bound copy of the adopted articles and change of name certificate is £70 + VAT {Buy}
Update to CA2006 Compliant Articles
If your company was incorporated on or before 30th September 2009 your company’s articles of association may conflict with the new provisions introduced by the Companies Act 2006 (the Act) which may affect the operation and validity of your articles. At best, you may be failing to take advantage of the greater simplification and flexibility offered by the Act. Directors’ Service Address
From 1st October 2009 every director must provide Companies House with both their usual residential address, and for each directorship they hold, a service address. The service address will be on the public record and will be public information but the residential address will be protected information. A director can choose any address as the service address including the registered office address of the company. The address must be where documents can be delivered and an acknowledgement or receipt can be provided if required. The address can not be a PO Box or a DX number. If the director chooses to use his residential address as the service address the fact that the two addresses are the same would not be apparent from the public record.
We can provide a director with a service address for an annual fee of £52+VAT. Under normal circumstance post will be forwarded free of charge to an address in the UK. Buy
Corporate Company Secretary
From 6th April 2008 a company is not required to have a company secretary. However there may be instances where a company secretary may be beneficial. We make an annual fee of £120+VAT for the provision of a corporate company secretary. Buy
Nominee Shareholder In circumstances where for one reason or another identity of the shareholder is not to be publicly available we offer a corporate nominee shareholder service. The relevant documentation is prepared at the onset of our term of appointment to ensure that the beneficial owner’s interest is protected. The annual fee is £120+VAT per year. Buy
Registered Office Facility
By law every company must have a registered office. The registered office must be a real address, that is, a physical location where it is possible for the company to accept service of documents. However the registered office need not be a place where the company carries on its day-to-day business. For example, somebody working from home may use a registered office facility in order to keep the residential address secret. The directors are responsible for ensuring their registered office is effective in terms of dealing with all notices, letters and reminders sent by Companies House or other organisations, businesses or individuals.
We offer a registered office facility at an annual fee of £120+VAT. This includes the forwarding of official post only. The registered office is not to be used as a trading address – but see below- nor should our telephone number be used. Buy
Mail Forwarding only Available with Registered Office
When the registered office facility is purchased then there is the option to take the mail forwarding service at an annual fee of £250 per year. This facility will enable the user to have reasonable amounts of mail forwarded to auk address. However we do reserve the right to withdraw this service if the facility is abused. Buy
