The main contact number for Companies House is set to change later this year. The agency’s contact centre number will move to 0303 1234 500, in place of the current 0870 number. Although the exact date of the change has not been confirmed, Companies House is assuring customers that those calling this number will pay only their national call rate, in accordance with their own carrier’s tariff.. The move is part of a general Government drive to reassign Government numbers to new 03* prefixed numbers.

CHANGES TO COMPANY FORMATIONS
FROM 1ST OCTOBER 2008
The major change that will effect the incorporation procedure will be that there must be a person named as a director. Therefore it will no longer be possible to use Brighton Director Limited as a nominee director on incorporation form 01/10/2008.
